Years before founding Thoughtful Food, both Jennifer Bielawski and Marie Banis were searching for a healthier diet and lifestyle for their families. To achieve this goal, Jen learned how to feed her family using the Specific Carbohydrate Diet which eliminates grain, starch, sugar and most lactose. At the same time Marie also began to focus on how a healthy diet could positively affect her family's health. Working together, spending countless hours in the kitchen and testing numerous products, both Jen and Marie learned how to prepare their favorite foods to work with their families' special diets.
