Kingsford Smoking Chunks, Hickory

350 cu in (5.74 cu dm). Charcoal grills. Ceramic grills. Small smokers. Savory & smoky wood flavor. Since 1920. 100% natural ingredients. Hickory has a strong aroma that is not too bold and slightly sweet. All of our wood is treated to a minimum interior temperature of 71 degrees C for at least 75 minutes. Heat treatment eliminates pests and prevents mold. Use with Kingsford Charcoal: light Kingsford charcoal using your preferred method. Several minutes prior to cooking, add 3-5 dry chunks on a standard grill. Add more for large smokers. Continue to add chunks every 20-30 minutes during the cooking process to infuse that great smoke flavor.
