Family owned since 1987. Amy's Indian Mattar Tofu features a dairy free variation of the traditional mattar paneer, using tofu along with organic peas in a delicately seasoned sauce. On the side are fragrant organic basmati rice and what we call Swarn's Golden Lentil Dal (Created by our friend Swarn, who come from the Punjab), which is simmered with organic tomatoes, onions and spices to complete this delicious, mildly spiced Indian meal. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy too cook. We only use the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home.
