This wine is crafted from selected vineyards in the Russian River Valley, a prime Pinot Noir area. Traditional Burgundian techniques - including fermentation in small tanks, hand punch-downs, and aging in 60-gallon French oak barrels - impart velvety texture while enhancing the wine's dark fruit, cola and spice character.
