Erivan Yogurt, Acidophilus

No thickeners or stabilizers. No added milk solids. Made with live acidophilus culture & unhomogenized whole milk. The Erivan Story: Acidophilus is a group of beneficial (probiotic) human bacilli which inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestinal tract and stimulate the immune system. Poor diet and use of antibiotics can reduce the natural level of acidophilus in the body. Erivan's special culturing method keeps the live culture and enzyme count high, assuring easier digestibility for even those with lactose intolerance and better than milk calcium absorption. A choice blend of the freshest raw cow's milk, pasteurized only once - just before culturing, gives Erivan Yogurt its special natural flavor. Since it is incubated in its own container, valuable whey, containing minerals, vitamins and protein is not lost. Our cows have names, not numbers. They are fed a healthy mixture of alfalfa, corn and soybeans, an dare never given hormones or regulators. The top cream proves the milk has not been exposed to the extra processing of Homogenization. You may remove it for a reduced fat serving. For over twenty-five years, still the good news yogurt.
