Baked tofu, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, julienned carrots and lots of other organic vegetables are immersed in sauce. Once again, it's the sauce that makes the difference. We've taken a traditional Chinese sauce and added cashew butter to create a sauce to top a meal so delicious your guests might make your house the noodle house of your neighborhood. 0 g trans fat.
